The domain name is the name of your website. It is usually prefixed with a “www” and ends with a number of extensions with the most popular being .com. Such as www.EasyWebsiteShop.com. Your unique domain name can also be used as a unique email address. So if you have a common name and have a difficult time finding a unique email address, having your own unique domain solves that problem. For instance, if your domain is www.MyWeb.com, your email address can be Bob@MyWeb.com.

If you want to receive email using your domain name, then you need to set up your email account(s). If you purchased a hosting plan from Easy Website Shop, then you received up to 1,000 email accounts free.
Your email address can be any name you want to use since it is unique to your domain. For instance, you can have Bob@MyWeb.com, and/or Sales@MyWeb.com, and/or Support@MyWeb.com, and/or CustomerService@MyWeb.com, etc. You can also set up one email address to be a “Catch All” account so if someone sends an email to a invalid account at your domain, it will go to the catch all account. The email accounts can have a auto responder so an email reply is automatically sent back.
